This BOKIES App is a fun, interactive storybook reader designed to foster interest in storytelling while helping your child learn to read. Audio narration is combined with written word subtitles to enhance this process.
Bokies is full of options, making it an interactive App. Users have the ability to become the storyteller with a complete “Record Your Own Voice” section. This allows the child to hear their parents read to them any time they want.
Do you have relatives that only come to visit once or twice a year? This is a great way for them to record and save their voices for your children to enjoy for years to come. Friends, parents, and grandparents can all get in on the fun as the app has the capability to store up to ten narrators!
Another feature of the record function allows the user to make up their own story with our illustrations. Turn off the subtitles and see how many stories you can make up yourself and then listen back!

In the App’s first release, "The Story of Kates Woods", Kate decides to venture into the woods by herself, leaving her friends, Kip and Buddy, at home. Things seem to be going well until Kate gets lost in the woods as a storm approaches, leaving Kate wishing her friends were with her to show her the way back home. This story teaches children values such as friendship and teamwork and highlights the spirit of exploration for children of all ages!
